Clinical Assessment Report TOOL

This is a program for online Clinical Assessment Reporting. It is designed to assist with clinical supervisors/facilitators and nursing and midwifery students at Monash University. Students will have access to their reports and the ability to review at anytime during and after their course.

Students you will need to register using your official Monash Student email and student ID.

The program is now open for all under grad placement units and some post grad units.

Supervisors and facilitators you will need a special pass code in order to register to the program. Once you are registered you will see two lists of students. Those students that you have started assessment with and a list of students who are unallocated.
