The registration process allows each student or supervisor to sign up one time. You must use your student email or work email address, and you can only register with this once. While the process is fairly straightforward, the main areas where students experience issues is in finding the activation email in spam, or an activation link expiring, or a fault during activation. For supervisors the main issues arise with out of date passcodes, or password checker failing in Internet Explorer. If you are experiencing issues with registration, we are happy to help, so please reach out. We will usually reset your attempt at registration so you can try again, or in some cases, we will need to manually set up or update your account.

Students signing up to the program
Step 1: Navigate to the registration page
Visit the registration page and enter your details. You can only use an email ending in @student.monash.edu. You will need your student ID also (8-digit number).
Step 2: Activate your account
You will need to check your email address for your activation link. This email often ends up in spam, as it is sent via the website rather than an email inbox. If it is in spam, mark it as ‘not spam’ to make the url clickable, or copy the activation link and past this straight in the browser.

Step 3: Log into the website with your details
Once you have activated your account, go to the login page and enter the details you just signed up with: https://nursing.clinicaleducation360.com/login
Supervisor signing up to the program
Step 1: Navigate to the registration page
Visit the registration page and enter your details. You can only use a work email – do not use your Monash affiliate email (@monash.edu) or a student email if you had one (@student.monash.edu). You will need the latest supervisor passcode (if this has recently been update we will note this on the registration form). Select your provider – or – if you are part of the NUR5600 Mentor program please selection “mentor program” instead of your provider. Registration for supervisors is instant and you will gain access as soon as you have registered.
